Your “I Do” Moment
No two weddings are the same, and your painting experience shouldn't be either. The collections are designed around your guest count and the number of portraits to be completed for your event. Whether you'd like every guest to receive a keepsake or prefer a more curated experience, we'll find the perfect fit.
The Details
My signature faceless style focuses on fashion, color, movement, and the little details that make your guests unique. Portraits are painted on A6 professional cold pressed watercolor paper. Typically each portrait will feature one couple or two guests. Personalized wording, wedding dates, venue names, and special add-ons are available to make each painting even more meaningful.

About three months before your wedding, we'll connect to finalize logistics, timeline details, setup location, and any special requests. Whether you'd like me front and center or tucked into a cozy corner, I'll work with your venue to ensure everything is ready for a seamless experience.
To Have + To Hold
On the big day, I'll arrive early to set up and be ready when guests arrive. Throughout your celebration, I'll capture quick reference photos and paint guests live while they continue enjoying the party. It's part entertainment, part keepsake, and often one of the most talked-about details of the day.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
I paint watercolor portraits of your guests live during your event. Guests can stop by, watch the process, and continue enjoying the celebration while I work from photos taken on-site.
-
Portrait counts vary based on the event length and guest participation. On average, I can complete approximately 4 couples or 6–8 individual portraits per hour. Any portraits not completed during the event will be finished in my studio and mailed after the celebration.
-
I require a 6ft table and two chairs in a well-lit area. I bring all painting supplies and setup materials. Seating is needed for both myself and my assistant(s).
-

Each piece can be finished using a custom embossing tool for a simple, elegant touch. It’s designed just for your event and adds a clean, timeless finish to your watercolor artwork and stationery.

No. I work from photos taken during the event so guests can stay fully present and enjoy the celebration. For larger events, I bring an assistant to help with photography and flow so everything runs smoothly.

Yes. Some couples choose to collect all completed portraits at the end of the event to use for thank you cards, create a keepsake collection, or frame as a memory of everyone who celebrated with them. I’m there throughout the event as part of the guest experience and entertainment, and the portraits can be handled in whatever way best fits your vision.
-
Yes. Services can be bundled, and pricing is tailored based on your selected offerings- See Signature Paper Experience or the complete collection for more details!
-
Yes—bookings are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. At times I can accommodate last-minute requests depending on schedule availability and event details.
However, please note that last-minute bookings may not include the custom embossing detail, as this requires additional preparation time to create and set up your personalized tool.
-
Absolutely! Many couples with larger weddings intentionally choose a smaller guest count collection—and it's one of my favorite ways to customize the experience.
I'll paint live throughout your celebration just as I normally would, but the number of completed portraits is simply capped at the guest count included in your selected collection. It's a wonderful option for lively receptions where not every guest is likely to request a portrait, or if you're offering additional favors and want to balance your investment.
Together, we'll choose the collection that best fits your celebration, ensuring you receive a beautiful live painting experience that feels effortless, thoughtful, and perfectly tailored to your day.
-

Live guest painting is perfect for weddings, rehearsal dinners, bridal showers, bachelorette parties, birthdays, baby showers, corporate events, retirement parties, and other special celebrations.

My primary medium is watercolor, but I also use alcohol markers, pen, and pencil for small, detailed accents. Every portrait is created in my signature faceless Gabrielle Rose Art style, focusing on expression, movement, and feeling rather than exact likeness.
